Strongyloidiasis
- Adult and child over 5 years and weight >15 kg: 0.2 mg/kg as a single dose or 0.2 mg/kg/day on 2 consecutive days for chronic strongyloidiasis
Endemic lymphatic filariasis (suppression)
Adult and child over 5 years and weight >15 kg:
0.2 mg/kg annually for 5 years
Onchocerciasis (suppression)
Adult and child over 5 years and weight >15 kg:
0.15 mg/kg as a single dose once a year
Hyperkeratotic scabies (in conjunction with topical drugs)
Adult and child over 5 years and weight >15 kg:
0.2 mg/kg as a single dose
