All indications
One 3.6 mg capsule injected subcutaneously into the anterior abdominal wall every 28 days.
Endometriosis
Use for 6 months.
Endometrial thinning
Give for 4−8 months.

Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding
Hypersensitivity to goserelin

Pain, hematoma, haemorrhage at injection site
Ureteric obstruction in men
Spinal cord compression in men
Depression, mood changes
Impaired glucose tolerance, weight gain
Decreased libido, erectile dysfunction
Paraesthesia
Cardiac and myocardial infarction
